It may be a brand new venture but the Bloor/Winmark CIO Advisory Service has got straight down to business running its first joint partnership event.
This was for the global real estate business, Knight Frank, which has a network of sales and estate management operations in most of the major capitals of the world. The focus of the event centred on the commercial negotiation process for firms, especially as they stand at a crossroads deciding whether to keep IT capabilities in-house or to outsource them.
Speaking at the event, Owen Williams, Partner and Group Head of IT at Knight Frank, said of the new partnership: “Bloor’s partnership with Winmark provides a unique opportunity to engage with experienced industry experts giving us first hand insights into critical industry and business issues.
